Jonne Donnelly has been seeing my son for nearly two years. Since this time I have not been able to see or talk with him. He is now eleven years old. It's been very difficult and Jonee Donnelly has not been helpful. I do not recommend her. If you want peace in your family and want the best for your son or daughter please do NOT see her. In the end both parents will loose and your son or daughter will only be hurt, sad and confused.

Very unhappy with the service received. On January last year I moved to one of their properties, at 6512 Cerritos Pl, 90068. When viewing the apartment with the property manager, David Dromy, I decidedly asked a question if the apartment was quiet. I was assured it was, however, it was completely the opposite. The person living below us (who even has a music company registered at the apartment) constantly plays loud music, sometimes even until 5AM. We reported this to David Dromy who informed me that the people living in the below apartment were his friends, busy students, who would not play loud music, ever. After accidentally finding out who the "DJ" in question was and emailed David, he tried convincing me that he never claimed he was his friend etc. David did almost nothing to fix this, so the nuisance continued to this day. A big part of the tenants of the building met up on the roof above our apartment to do drugs. At one occasion, one of the tenants (visibly on drugs) stepped on and broke our bathroom skylight so we had to plug the hole with newspaper so that we could use the bathroom in privacy until the serviceman came to fix it. The whole apartment constantly smells like weed since (i guess the same "DJ") smokes (medicinal?) marijuana all day long. My wife, who suffers from a heart defect, started having arrhythmia, tachycardia and stabbing chest pain after a while. The doctor said this was most probably because of the marijuana fumes. Again, David Dromy didn't do anything to fix this, telling me it's the tenants right to smoke all the weed he wants. Although charging for the service, 1112 Investments and David Dromy did not change the cosigner on our agreement as we requested, although they were asked to multiple times. We were literally trapped in the apartment for almost 2 days since the front gate was broken and nobody came to fix it during that time. When they did, it worked even worse for an additional day. Our lease ends in 20-something days. After all the problems I had with David Dromy and 1112 Investment Company, the only thing I ask for is if they can use my security deposit as the last rent check, which they denied. Currently, our attorney had contacted the company and sent a pre-lawsuit letter to which nobody replied to still, so I guess we will be taking this to court.

To anybody trying to lease one of their apartments, beware. I had nothing but bad experiences and I'm looking forward to moving away from all this. Very shady company with no website I could find.

This is a smaller family owned winery and vineyard nestled in the hills overlooking Silicon Valley. Big Dog Vineyards produces award winning estate wines including Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc as well as wonderful small lot wines of Syrah, Zinfandel, and Chardonnay.

Friendly people, great wines, and a beautiful setting. The winery is open only on the first weekend of each month. Its just 3 miles up the hill from 680. This is not to be missed.

Gold Coast Marine / Steve Smith have unethical, deceptive business practices. I retained service to have port and starboard engines mechanically inspected and Vessel, Sea Trialed prior to purchase of 1994 29’ Luhrs Open sportfisher. I was charged $1,070.87 on 8/28/2012 for this service, to my surprise after receiving bill and inspection, no compression test was completed, stated only did a visual inspection(REALLY). Gold Coast Marine / Steve Smith stated the sea trial went extremely well, the engines are strong and came up to 3900 RPM without issues, vessel lacked needed maintenance( Hoses, Belts, Exhaust Risers, Tune up), normal items any boat owner would deal with, nothing out of the ordinary. Recommended I purchase the vessel “this is a Marine Mechanic with 30+ years of experience I paid to protect my interest”. Taking Gold Coast Marine / Steve Smith recommendation, I purchased the vessel. Hired to do the needed maintenance work on the engines I was charged a additional $2,456.71 to tear down the engines down to but not including the Engine Heads. After questioning and paying the $2,456.71 with reluctance 11/26/2012 “Price Gouging”. Gold Coast Marine / Steve Smith hands me a estimate for nearly $15,000 for maintenance repairs and at this point recommends I replace both engines. Price $25K ”REALLY”, “What happened to passing the engines”. Gold Coast Marine and Steve Smith should have their business license revoked for unethical and deceptive business practices like this.

First off, the Yelp reviews are spot on!

Had an issue with my kitchen door lock & handle. (Yes, I probably caused it, but that's beside the point...)

I did some Yelp research, found two options, went to the First Bay site, used the web form to contact them and Ben had a respond in my email first thing Mon. He then actually called, we scoped out the job and scheduled an appt. He gave me a heads up that he was on his way, showed up and laid out what my options were.

Yes, some I could have done on my own, but he fixed the handle, the latch and rekeyed my doors.

Everything was great....until I had to end my membership.

After being a member for about 8 months, I wanted to end my membership as I got a new job with a gym onsite. I went in and talked to the guys at the front desk and asked about cancellation - where I was told it usually took about 30 days to process. I went home thinking it wasn't really an issue since when I signed up I paid for my first and last months membership fees. When I called the next day on the phone to confirm I wasn't going to be charged anymore, I was that I was incorrect. I was going to be charged in about 15 days and since it took 30 days to process my termination, I was going to be charged even though I was not even using the gym and had paid for my last month.....I couldn't believe it.

I called multiple times next week to try and talk to Jon and see why on Earth I was going to get charged again. Every time I called Jon was busy and I was told he would call me back later that day, which never happened. I eventually went in to the gym and sat and waited for Jon to be available. Once I actually got to talk to him I thought everything was going to be fine...He said that he was really sorry for not getting back to me and that he was going to contact the billing folks the gym used to make a note to not charge me again. Jon also gave me his business card and told him to contact him if I had any other questions / concerns.

Then several days later, there is the charge on my card, despite what Jon said. So again, I stupidly thought it was some mistake and e-mailed Jon. This is how that e-mail thread went:

Me - 8/29 - ask about the charge and if there's something else I need to do

Jon - 8/30 - says he will take care of it today and will e-mail me to confirm

Me - 8/30 - never heard from him all day and asked for an update

Me 9/3 - asked for an update again

Me 9/6 - asked for an update again

Me 9/11 - said I feel like I am getting shafted and was going to try and call my bank (too late on the charge though I found out)

Jon - 9/12 - says he was out of town and will take care of today

Me - 9/12 - say thanks and ask for a confirmation

Me - 9/21 - say never got an update & charge is still there/never got a refund & and tell him I am going to be leaving reviews about my experience

Jon - 9/24 - says he is refunding the charge and asks me to call him (yeah right)

Me - 9.30 - just let him know it's been 6 weeks since I came in and talked to him

And now on 10/5 I am writing this review. Sad stuff. I am sure to a lot of people paying one extra month isn't a big deal, but it is to me. I Even worse that I was told it was going to get taken care of only to be toyed with for 6 weeks.

I highly recommend the Santa Clara Ballet School for children, teens, accomplished dancers and even adult beginners. My daughter has been dancing there since she was 3 - she is now 11 - and it has been an extraordinary and supportive environment for her to learn and grow. Classical ballet is a wonderful discipline for any child which helps them to grow in more ways than you can imagine.

We want to thank Mario Burnias Real Estate Broker for Realty Executives Silicon Valley, for donated his time giving the members of our San Jose Community who have been discouraged and taken advantage of by there lenders regarding their homes. He gave all of us powerful information regarding short sales and foreclosures. I attend Eric Bourman's adult ballet classes at Pacific Ballet Academy. His classes are listed as Adult Beginner/Intermediate, Adult Beginner, and Adult Intermediate; but any of his classes are fantastic for beginning and advanced students alike.

When you walk into his class, you can feel the energy and optimism radiating from him, which immediately helps put you at ease and sets the tone for the class. On top of this, he has the knowledge, ability, and patience to clearly explain technique. He not only teaches exceptionally well, but he also cares about the level of understanding of each student. It is clear that he wants to help every student get what he or she wants to get out of the class, whether that is getting a bit of exercise or learning the most minute technical details of the art of ballet. If you don't understand something, he will keep coming up with new ways to explain until it finally "clicks" for you.

Ballet classes are repetitive by design, but he is able to keep the classes fresh and interesting by continually coming up with new ways to approach the material. The time he spends in class with any student who has a question helps everyone understand more about the technique and art of ballet. He will never talk down to anyone or treat you like your question is stupid.

He understands how out-of-place and overwhelming it can feel to come into a ballet class as a beginner and his teaching style relieves those anxieties. He has the unique ability to make sure that you have fun while you learn and that is something you won't find in in any other adult beginning ballet class.
